3Filing a Notice

To file a valid notice, please include the following information:

A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
The exact URL on our site where the allegedly infringing link or reference appears
Your contact information, including a valid email address
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Your physical or electronic signature

Notices missing any of the above may take longer to process, or may need to be sent back for clarification before we can act on them.

4Where to Send It

Send your notice to workn01003@gmail.com. Please use the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" so it gets routed and reviewed promptly.

5What Happens After We Receive a Notice

We review each notice for completeness and remove or disable the specific link in question if the notice is valid. This usually happens within a few business days. We do not control the destination page itself, so removing our link stops us from pointing to it, but does not remove content hosted elsewhere.

6Counter-Notification

If you believe a link was removed in error or as a result of mistaken identification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Your counter-notice should identify the removed link, explain why you believe the removal was a mistake, and include your contact information along with a statement of consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

7Repeat Concerns

If a particular source is the subject of repeated, valid takedown notices, we remove it from our guides entirely rather than continuing to reference it on a case by case basis.
